Key Responsibilities:
• Report all website bugs/issues and work with developers to find resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Design, Customer Support, and the fulfilment team for a seamless product launch.
• Create, test, and deploy promotions and content on websites.
• Prioritize and manage the website project roadmap in partnership with the development team.
• Regularly test site enhancements to ensure proper functionality.
• Analyse third-party app expenses and track their value addition to the business.
• Manage the D2C experience, including product discovery, product images, adding to cart, and the order placement process.
• Drive strategy for WBN to increase the CR and AOV.
