Job Description:
Researching customer experiences and demands.
Improving customer experiences.
Outlining a detailed product strategy.
Managing cross-functional teams.
Managing product road maps and releases.
Understanding product selling points.
Identifying and filling product gaps.
Generating new product ideas.
Quarterly brands sales planning - and developing strategies to support incremental business.
Developing products literatures, VA, Videos etc
Developing promotional inputs like gifts, Pads, table items etc
Organizing quarterly sales meetings, communication & training team
Implementing the strategy in target segments by driving initiatives and programs
Develop Annual Marketing Plan, Budget & tracking of Spent..
Continuous performance & progress tracking & reviews.
Build marketing new campaigns, communicate & train sales team.
Customers
a. Responsible for KOL Management & SME Development
b. Organizing Camps, CMEs, Conference participation
