What You Will Be Doing
• Identify and recruit users who meet the program’s criteria and onboard them effectively.
• Leverage AI tools to guide testers through tasks and resolve issues, ensuring scalable support with minimal manual intervention.
• Analyze data weekly to assess tester performance and recommend program enhancements.
What You Won’t Be Doing
• You will not be confined to traditional marketing or customer success roles.
• You will not be writing specs or building product roadmaps.
• You will not be operating in a rigid, slow-moving environment with limited scope.
• You will not be relying on assumptions without real-world data validation.
Product Growth Lead Key Responsibilities
Drive the validation of AI-powered EdTech products to ensure they deliver measurable academic outcomes through real-world application.
Basic Requirements
• Proven experience utilizing GenAI tools for problem-solving.
• Demonstrated success in small, agile team environments.
• Expertise in building and optimizing acquisition funnels, scaling tester recruitment, and reducing costs per qualified lead.
• Experience with ad campaigns, landing pages, and crafting user education content.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
