Product Head - Agri & Inclusive Banking with Banking Industry // Mumbai
Functional Designation : Product Head- AIB KCC
Business Unit: Agri & Inclusive Banking
Locations: Mumbai
Grade- SM- GAVP
Qualification: Post Graduate, MBA with Agri business Specialisation preferred.
Reporting to: Head - Product Strategies AIB
Preferred Age Band-25-35Yrs
Job Summary: Candidate would be looking after specific AIB KCC products
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Analyse Market trend and identify the product needs
- Design new products basis the market requirement taking into consideration the Bank profitability
- Design an end to end Process for products along with understanding of the Roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders
- Implementation and execution of the Processes
- Imparting training of the product to the stakeholders (Sales Team)
- System / Software/ interface to be implemented if required along with complete User Acceptance Tests.
- Reporting of any required information to any Authority (RBI/ SLBC)
- Annual reviews of the existing products.
- Ability to coordinate between different departments for implementation of the product/process/system.
- Ability to identify and execute different investment opportunities like getting of Refinance from NABARD, investment in Securitisations, execution of IBPC transaction, etc.
