Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy: ● Develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with eGov's mission and user needs. ● Craft a compelling product narrative that inspires and drives change within the larger ecosystem. ● Conduct market and user research to identify pain points and opportunities. ● Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organisation.
Product Design and Development: ● Collaborate with designers, developers, knowledge partners and practitioners to translate the product vision into reality. ● Driving a culture of experimentation and data-based decision making, leading by example. ● Be hands on with product documentation for internal and external stakeholders. ● Drive the development of the product within time targets and cost budgets.
Product Launch, Evangelism, and Evolution: ● Lead the growth and adoption of the product, ensuring it meets user needs and delivers value. ● Develop and execute product launch plans, including training, demos, and communication strategies. ● Engage with external stakeholders through webinars, forums, and other channels. ● Track and monitor product performance using key metrics to measure success. ● Champion the product internally and externally, communicating progress to executive leadership.
The Successful Applicant
Total experience of 5+ Years with relevant experience in entire product management life cycle
Expertise in building products from 0 to 1
Experience working in a digital public health care domain.
