Webgility is the #1 Automation software for ecommerce companies that use QuickBooks and Netsuite. We have a world class team and tech stack. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a wicked smart, ambitious and highly agile Product Manager to help our team at our Indore high-tech office.
About the Position:
In this role, you'll report to the Sr. Direct of Product and work closely with the entire team of product managers, user experience managers and engineers. You'll provide valuable leadership and insights to help our teams build the best product roadmap and features to grow the business. You'll spend most of your time in market research, analysis, documentation, and analytics. You'll work 1-on-1 with customers, partners and team members around the globe to figure out their business needs and design innovative product solutions
You'll also be responsible for technical research into APIs and building out product documentation to help everyone including engineering and QA to understand scope of various product features.
Responsibilities:
Perform market research, competitive analysis and conduct interviews to assess customer pain points and document requirements
Keep track of various integration partnerships, platforms and APIs. Assess impact and guide the team on required changes
Perform detailed requirements analysis of new features, create documentation and work with product and engineering teams to deliver the solution to the market
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management by maintaining strong project management plans and documents
Develop internal and external facing presentations on product features
Stay up-to-date on the latest process and tech advancements to automate and modernize systems
Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
Work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and partners to:
Provide product training and subject matter expertise to members across the organization
Perform user acceptance testing and run beta testing programs
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
