Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Owner You’ll be working directly with the CEO on the overall product strategy and vision. This role requires you to be client-facing to enable you to get close to the problems and needs to then transfer this into the product vision.
SaaS Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Owner will shape the product roadmap for the core products and own the strategy for all new products and features. You’ll lead all efforts right from concept, discovery to release and launch. Working collaboratively with sales, marketing and engineering teams.
Job Location : Jaipur ( Rajasthan )
Experience Required : 5 - 12 Years ( SAAS background preferred )
SaaS Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Owner will :
• Lead product strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge of all stakeholders (engineers, CEO, clients) and develop detailed requirements and features that are cost effective.
• Scope out specific prospect/customer feedback and analyze usage data/patterns in order to validate a business requirement and detail user stories.
• Support engineering resources in creating effective wireframes and technical specifications that will deliver on the business requirement.
• Identify and fill product gaps, lead the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share
• SaaS Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Owner must have:
• Strong B3B SaaS product management experience from any sector, such as; Payments, Retail, FMCG, eCommerce, gambling, gaming, finance, fintech, Travel, Holidays, Airlines,
• Agile principles (eg Kanban, Scrum) and development tools (eg Jira, Trello)
• A track record in product management, demonstrating a product that you have created and launched into the market.
• Love finding, designing and deploying technical solutions, having proven experience in a technical role.
Skills Required:
● Should understand the Software Development Life cycle.
● Having knowledge about agile methodology
● Should have exposure to UI and UX.
● Strong understanding of wireframes.
● Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills
● Documentation and writing skills.
● Should be flexible and ready to collaborate.
● Good knowledge to prepare BRD/FRD/SRS.
● Must be familiar with Agile and Scrum
