Product Manager | Helm Analytics | Worldwide
Your role will be Data Product Manager for where you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Data products offering and executing its vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
• Drive Data products roadmap from the product perspective Work with Architects to specify design, performance, and security standards to build scalable big data processing pipelines
• Coordinate across teams to build APIs and other data offerings.
• Work closely with Data Science team in building models and integrate them into ETL pipeline
• Establish a process for adding and certifying new API endpoints. Prioritize the most impactful functionality, drive usage and adoption across our customer base, and educate and champion APIs with internal and external customers.
• Work with Product Managers, technical writing, and engineering to define information architecture and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations for new business solutions.
• Communicate key insights and findings to applicable stakeholders and leadership team.
• Manage new partner requests, provide direction and coordination to internal and external project teams to accomplish work within schedule and budget.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in product development and management roles
• At least, 2+ years of experience in technical Role is highly preferred (ie.., software Engineer, Data Engineering, Data operations, Data Science, etc)
• Experience working at digital company or SaaS software environment is preferred
• Experience or strong understanding of data science, statistics, and engineering fundamentals
• Experience working with Engineering team to build softwares, websites, tools
• Ability to understand product Architecture, technologies involved, data flow and challenges involved in SDLC
• Experience in doing Exploratory data analysis using Python or R or Java
• Deep understanding of Big data environments and technologies, Web Service Technologies, RESTFUL API architecture, microservices based architecture, user interface/design, batch systems, etc.
• Experience in building API/microservices based solutions
• Experience with AWS Technologies like EC2, S3, Elastic Search, Solr, EMR, etc.., is highly preferred
• Proven track record for new product innovation, including design thinking frameworks, product ideation, and agile development; data products experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Interest in Learning new subject or Technologies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team skills
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, engineering, business, or a related field
