Job Description
Working with accounts department on various administration tasks for our orders.
Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers.
Attending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge and understanding.
Supporting Account Managers in the day-to-day transactions of their hardware and software for clients.
Ensuring Account Managers are kept up to date with all Communications on eta’s, back orders and order status issues.
Takes reasonable care that their actions (or inactions) do not harm the Health and Safety of self or others. Reports all incidents, hazards or unsafe work practices as per Datacom policy.

Solid knowledge of procure-to-pay operational workflow
Relevant operational experience
Ability to deal with clients at all levels.
Organisational and administrative skills, with a high attention to detail.
Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven customer liaison skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer partnerships.
