Hey there! We're CustomKings, a local business in Bennetts Green that makes all sorts of personalised gifts. We're looking for a new team member to join our production crew and help us create our custom products.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our production team, you'll get to work on a bit of everything. Your main tasks will be:
Operating our production equipment, mainly our laser engravers and embroidery machines.
Using software like CorelDraw and Hatch to get customer designs ready for production.
Working with a bunch of different products, from hoodies and hats to chopping boards and glassware.
Checking orders to make sure they look great and are 100% correct.
Helping with basic machine upkeep (we'll show you how).
Working with the rest of the team to get orders out the door.
No Experience? No Worries!
This is the most important part: you do not need previous experience to apply!
We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. We provide full, hands-on training for every part of this job right here in our warehouse. If you have a willingness to learn and a good eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
While any past experience with embroidery or laser engraving is a bonus, it is absolutely not required.

A great eye for detail, you're the kind of person who cares about getting things right.
A genuine willingness to be trained on new equipment and processes.
Someone who is reliable and works well in a small team.
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn more advanced production software.
The Nitty-Gritty (Hours & Perks)
Position: Casual role with 15-38 hours per week.
Schedule: Our operating hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Your shifts will be scheduled within these times.
The Best Part: No weekend or public holiday work. Ever. Enjoy your long weekends!
