· Prepare Bill of materials
· Ensure proper allocation of manpower during the shift operation. Conduct shift handover in a systematic manner with detailed communication to next shift Team Leader.
· Encourage multi-skill approach and support operators to develop new skills. Provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
