PRODUCTION MANAGER
Ensure efficient and timely production within budget and to the set quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Implement, oversee and control the production schedule
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Determining and implementation of quality control standards and review processes to continually improve.
• Be responsible to monitor the efficient working and maintenance of machinery.
• Build a motivated, competent and results focused manufacturing team
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance to ensure timely deliveries
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
