Full job description
One of our clients is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join their dynamic food manufacturing team. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the production of noodles to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow. This position requires proficiency in operating various machinery and tools, as well as a strong understanding of technical documents and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines for mixing, rolling, cutting, steaming, drying, and packaging.
Monitor product quality and consistency during each stage of production.
Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of production equipment.
Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic work environment.
Record production data, report equipment malfunctions, and suggest improvements.
Support team members in meeting daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in food manufacturing or factory work is required.
Basic understanding of production machinery and quality control.
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
Interest in Asian Food.
Japanese language is plus.
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Perform tasks requiring standing for long time, walking, and lifting up to 30Kg along with close and distance vision capabilities and hearing capabilities.
Shift Detail:
2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday (8-hour shift)
