Role Overview
As an Advocate with our firm, you will be responsible for handling litigation cases, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and providing expert advice on legal matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in criminal matters, S 138 matters, Civil Recoveries, Commercial & Property dispute matters, IBC, NCLT matters, IPR infringement matters, corporate and Misc. Court litigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling litigation cases from inception to conclusion
• Providing expert advice on legal matters to clients
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to our areas of practice
