Responsibilities
Capture real estate listing photos, interior and exterior property videos, drone footage (if applicable), and community/lifestyle shots.
Produce Matterport/3D tours and floor plans for new listings.
Create content for social media and YouTube, including short-form videos, brand shoots, agent spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute photo and video shoots at properties, team events, and media days, ensuring professional lighting, composition, and storytelling.
Operate professional camera equipment, lighting setups, stabilizers, and audio recording gear to ensure top-tier visuals.
Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, or similar tools.
Edit videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software, including color grading, sound design, transitions, and visual effects.
Manage full post-production workflows from raw footage to final export, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
Maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy retrieval and future content use.
Collaborate with the team to understand marketing goals, creative direction, and branding guidelines.
Stay current with trends in real estate media, short-form content, and digital marketing to continually elevate the look and feel of our brand.
Experience
Proven professional experience in photography and videography, ideally with real estate or architectural content.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere), Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and similar editing tools.
Experience producing listing videos, walkthroughs, interviews, promotional content, or storytelling-based shoots.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and what performs well on each.
Strong understanding of color correction, color theory, lighting techniques, and photo/video manipulation.
Ability to manage multiple shoots per week while staying organized and detail-focused under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with agents, homeowners, and team members.
