Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Draft and publish job postings on various platforms
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers and reports
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a smooth experience
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Collaborate across teams to support people-related initiatives and operations
• Support HR operations and similar activities when needed.
• Contribute to organizing internal HR initiatives or events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
• 6–10 months of prior internship experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative functions
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong interest in recruitment, coordination, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
