Join the Foxtel Group's dynamic Performance Marketing team as a Programmatic Trade Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of digital media campaigns for Australia's most iconic entertainment and sports brands, including Kayo Sports, BINGE, and Foxtel.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a programmatic expert to manage the end-to-end planning, execution, trafficking, and optimisation of high-impact digital campaigns. You will leverage your deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, ensuring maximum return on investment across our diverse portfolio.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will be instrumental in ensuring campaigns are accurately delivered, meticulously optimised, and insightfully reported, contributing directly to our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage programmatic digital campaigns across major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP).
Support direct digital media buys, including display, video, and publisher-direct executions.
Own end-to-end campaign trafficking, quality assurance, and delivery for both programmatic and direct channels.
Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and delivery to ensure KPIs are met.
Produce accurate reports and post-campaign analysis for internal stakeholders.
Maintain high attention to detail in campaign setup, tags, creatives, and data.
Collaborate with internal brand, media, analytics, and agency partners.
Assist in developing and implementing campaign optimisation recommendations.
Build presentations and performance readouts using PowerPoint and data visualisation.
About your experience
3 years + digital media experience with a strong programmatic focus, ideally from an agency, publisher, broadcaster, or large in-house media team.
Hands-on expertise with DSPs, specifically The Trade Desk, Google DV360, and Amazon DSP.
Solid understanding of digital trafficking, programmatic campaigns, and direct publisher buys.
Experience with diverse digital media formats, including high-impact display, video (BVOD, YouTube), audio, CTV, and PrOOH.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with high accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and an excellent communicator.
Understanding of the Australian digital media landscape and premium publishers.
