Responsibilities
Reporting to: Vice President, Finance
Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to assess proposed business improvements, ensure a robust control environment, and critically evaluate all business assumptions to drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth for Tate
Conduct Revenue and Margin analysis on a weekly and monthly basis
Assist new products and new projects team in building out business cases for new business units
Conduct thorough assessments of capital expenditure proposals to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and value for Tate
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies across the business to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency
Regularly track and manage both new and ongoing capital expenditure projects and facility expansions, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance standards
Work closely with diverse stakeholders to uphold high performance standards and drive cross-functional collaboration
Propose and execute system enhancements to streamline operations and improve overall organizational efficiency
Utilize strong business acumen to analyze global vendor and supplier costs, develop comprehensive cost models, and uncover growth opportunities
Partner with global teams to build compelling business cases and effectively communicate financial analysis and insights
Offer continuous support to corporate and plant finance teams by assisting with routine and ad-hoc financial reporting needs
Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy
Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands
Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System
Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service

About The Role

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
• Qualified Accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
