Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities -
Generate and process client invoices accurately and on time for travel bookings (flights, hotels, cars, visa, etc.)
Ensure all billing is in line with agreed commercial terms and supporting documentation
Reconcile client accounts and follow up on any billing discrepancies
Assist in preparing MIS reports related to billing and collections
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales) for billing inputs and issue resolution
Track payments and prepare basic ageing reports for outstanding invoices
Assist in maintaining records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
Support month-end closing and audit-related activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to learn and grow in the travel finance domain
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
