POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

You would join an existing team of accounting professionals and be responsible for some of the daily accounting duties. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into overall business operations while performing core accounting competencies. Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Project cost accounting.
• Working closely with Project Managers to generate accurate client billings & collection of past due accounts.
• Processing client invoices into third party portals.
• Input and maintain project financial information in Deltek software.
• Other accounting responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

• Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience highly preferred. Will consider other Deltek experience.
