About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of solar ,battery and EV charging projects across the business.

This role is critical in helping coordinate installations, manage project documentation, support communication between internal teams and customers, and ensure projects progress efficiently through each stage of delivery. The ideal candidate will understand the fast-moving nature of the renewable energy industry and be confident managing multiple tasks across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination of solar, battery and EV charger installation projects from handover through to completion.
Work closely with internal teams including sales, operations, scheduling, procurement, installation and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, installers, electricians, network providers and other stakeholders to assist with project progress and issue resolution.
Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring jobs move efficiently through design approval, procurement, installation, grid application, commissioning and handover stages.
Prepare, review and maintain project documentation including work orders, compliance documents, site information, variation requests, commissioning records and handover documents.
Assist with scheduling and tracking installations, ensuring materials, labour and project requirements are aligned ahead of install dates.
Support variation management where project scope changes due to site conditions, customer requests or technical requirements.
Help maintain accurate project records and data across internal systems to support reporting, operational visibility and continuous improvement.
Provide clear and professional communication to customers throughout the project lifecycle, helping create a high-quality customer experience.
Assist management with project reporting, internal updates, performance tracking and identification of process improvement opportunities.
Contribute to post-installation reviews and help identify lessons learned to improve future delivery outcomes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Administrator or similar coordination role.
Experience in solar, battery, electrical, construction, energy or related project-based industries is highly regarded.
Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, particularly in documentation, compliance and process tracking.
Bilingual capability will be highly regarded.
