About the company: A Top Telecom MNC
Requirements:
• 2-5 Years with Electronics Engineering OR Telecommunications / ICT OR Equivalent.
• IT in Multi-Disciplinary Environment (Telco, Data Centre Operations, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware)
• Project Management in Low to Mid-Level Complexity IT Infrastructure Outsourcing Environment
• MS Office Suite of Products – Advance Level.
Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales support for RFPs by preparing gantt chart, customized responses for bid questions and presentation on Project Management to potential customers
• Work with PMO team to ensure that all quoted Project Management fee is recovered according to the agreed schedule.
• Lead the project team members (including project coordinators) on project execution.
• Manage change to project scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Record risk and issue and timely escalation to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Communication to stakeholders and project reporting. Help the team members to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and ensure successful delivery of the project. Manage customer relationship during the projects through strong governance.
• Ensure project governance is executed in accordance to the methodology or agreement with the customer.
• Provide feedback on areas of improvement.
• Participate and/or lead improvement plans or initiatives. • Ensure that all the key performance identified in PM Scorecard are achieved.
