Job Description
Responsibilities of the role may include:
Assist the Project Manager and work with engineering professionals.
Assist in the implementation of all contracts and projects.
Analyses risks/opportunities and informs Senior management about where attention is needed.
Keep the record for all projects and programs.
Communicate with the team using Management skills to help them stay on track.
Review and manage project and program-related paperwork.
Creating and updating workflows.
Responding to the enquiries and complaints from the clients, contractors and staff
Schedule regular meetings with clients, staff, and management, and record decisions.
Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
About You:
Working as part of a team in a high-energy programming environment, you’ll need:
2 years of relevant experience or a relevant Diploma qualification
Ability to think independently and make decisions
Free from criminal history
Physically fit as may be required to travel to multiple locations and work on sites

Availability at weekends
Ability to drive to project sites as a lot of driving will be involved
Minimum 30 hours a week.
