Role Summary
The Project Finance Assistant is accountable for monitoring and maintaining project-related records, including project contracts service contract, activity plan and ensuring that all related supporting document are collated and accounted for rightly.
This role will have primary responsibility of handling Project Finance for South Asia, leading statutory responsibility of Project business (Including EPC Business) and supporting ES Finance Manager in day to day operations. The role reports ES Finance Manager, SUEZ WTS, South Asia
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations
Provide support to Project Finance Manager and Project Managers in the development, review and monitor contract.
Alert concerned Project Managers any problems or issues.
Provide technical support to staff to help them understand systems, policies and procedures when required ·
Check, review all related documents, PoC computation, SAP accounting to ensure correctness, accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
Provide support to day-to-day operation of accounting transactions and in administration of the function.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, data input with proper budget line.
Assist in collecting outstanding accounts receivable.
Responsible for updating contracts monitoring records.
Ensure that financial processes, planning, statutory and compliance requirements for Project handled comply and coordinate with the ES Manager for the same.
Educational Qualification
Essential: ACCA/CMA/ Cost Accountant/ MBA Finance/ Experienced commerce graduate
Desirable: Commerce Graduate degree with relevant experience.
Experience Required (Min –Ma x year)
5+ years post qualification and relevant experience
