Exp : 3-7 Years PQE
Desired candidate should have good experience in banking/project finance law with a top or a mid tier law firm
strong drafting skills, understanding of procedural laws applicable regulations/
should be experienced with drafting and negotiating corporate / Commercial / Financial Agreements, Memorandums and Due Diligence
Handled some due diligence
should have worked in a law firm.
