Join our team as a Go-To-Market (GTM) Readiness Specialist, a crucial partner in ensuring the Higher Education sales team is ready for key selling periods, product launches, and strategic GTM initiatives. You will work closely with the Lead Specialist of GTM Readiness to manage cross-functional coordination, track readiness, and handle communications and enablement logistics needed for efficient GTM readiness.
This execution-focused role is perfect for a team-oriented individual who excels in organization, follow-through, and transforming complex initiatives into repeatable success stories.
Key Responsibilities
• GTM Program Execution
• Oversee daily operations of GTM programs, including selling seasons, product launches, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Manage and update readiness tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, Excel) to oversee cross-functional tasks, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Readiness
• Collaborate with Sales leaders, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to gather GTM input requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to meet cross-functional commitments.
• Communications & Enablement Operations
• Create and prepare GTM communications, sales updates, training materials, and recaps.
• Coordinate enablement activities, including scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, and making sure all materials are ready and accessible.
• Selling Season Support
• Assist in planning and executing major sales events and selling periods, including national sales meetings and leadership-driven initiatives.
• Manage session planning, presenter logistics, content readiness, and post-event follow-ups.
• Support sales engagement programs by organizing feedback loops, readiness insights, and conducting post-program analysis.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in a GTM operations role, such as sales enablement, revenue operations, marketing operations, program coordination, or project management within a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects involving various teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and focused on execution, with a solid history of follow-through.
• Excellent written communication skills, including experience in creating internal updates, enablement materials, or project documentation.
• Effective at coordinating meetings, schedules, and logistics for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM, project management, and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, etc.).
• Adaptable and solution-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, enhance content quality, or streamline coordination and reporting.
