Job Title- SAP Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects.
Required Skills
• Absolutely strong on project management concepts, covering all business process, including technical and management activities.
• Ideal Candidate should have over 8 years of experience leading SAP Complex Projects
• Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA and experience with Agile Methodology.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.
• Utilize JIRA for task management, sprint planning, and issue tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple project tracks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular monitoring of project progress, reconciling with baseline plans.
• Maintain and track risks, issues, and follow-up on closure actions.
• Implement Agile Project Management practices (core Agile principles and ASAP) to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Ensure quality control at all stages, minimizing errors in deliverables.
• Oversee requirements gathering and approval processes according to organizational standards
• Manage changes to the project baseline, handle change requests, and secure necessary approvals
• Provide regular project updates through comprehensive written and verbal reports
