About the Role:
We are a fast-growing fintech company focused on payments, blockchain, and AI-driven credit solutions. We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of our go-to-market strategy within the public sector (government and institutional clients).
Responsibilities:
• Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, partnerships)
• Track pipelines, timelines, and deliverables
• Support relationships with public sector stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and materials
• Conduct market, agency, and regulatory research
• Requirements:
• 2–5 years of recent and demonstrated experience in project management, consulting, fintech, or public sector environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, Asana, Notion, or Jira
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
Nice to Have:
• Experience in fintech / payments / blockchain
• Experience working with government or regulated industries
