Job Title: Project Manager - Hospitality Renovation

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee renovation projects for hotels across various zones.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, BOQs, and budgeting for multiple hospitality sites.
• Oversee project execution, cost tracking, and variation approvals.
• Finalize subcontractor bills, rate analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Manage end-end renovation project execution including MEP, Civil, Interior, and fit-outs.
• Approve layout drawings from consultants, architects, and interior designers.
• Prepare project completion schedules to ensure timely and quality work execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing hotel industry renovation projects and good knowledge of MEP, Architectural Finishes, Luxury Interiors, and Fit-outs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel industry standards and regulations.
