Overview

We have an existing opening for Project Manager, Large Loss. The Project Manager, Large Loss (PMLL) reports directly to the VP, Large & Complex Loss. The Project Manager, Large Loss is a leader within the organization and is responsible for the achievement of sales, performance, and customer experience goals. The Project Manager, Large Loss can be based in any of our 5 office locations.

Responsibilities

Understand the PAUL DAVIS GTA WEST GROUP brand and being its champion
Achieve annual sales and performance goals
Understand and execute competitive BIDS
Ensure Emergency and Building estimates are accurate given the scope of work required and create sufficient margin
Utilize draw schedules and ensure Accounts Receivable is settled within established company timelines
Ensure Project Coordinators and Construction Managers are fully equipped and effectively utilized to fulfill all responsibilities assigned to them under their job descriptions
Generate project budgets and ensure trade purchase orders create sufficient margin
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners
Understand all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure service delivery compliance
Ensure all Restoration Management System (RMS) and XACT Analysis files are current
Effectively communicate with homeowners and adjusters
Schedule work delivery plans utilizing formal job schedules that maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Build a reliable and competent trade network
Ensure the work being delivered by all trades is compliant with work orders
Deliver a high standard of customer experience supported by quality work and the achievement of a high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Have a working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Employment Standards Act and follow the direction of the company Health and Safety Committee on work-related federal, provincial, and municipal guidelines and laws
Qualifications and Skills

4 years of experience in Project Management within the property damage restoration industry
Experience managing large/commercial restoration jobs
Ability to lead and develop a team
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Goal oriented, strong values
Customer focused
Valid Ontario driver's license required
