Job Description
The opportunity
NVD’s portfolio includes hotels, restaurants, residential and commercial real estate, seniors living, and development - so the projects are varied, highly visible, and directly tied to business performance.
The Project Manager bridges executive direction and on-the-ground execution across NVD’s properties. You will lead approved capital and operational projects from concept through completion, including renovations, property improvements, facilities work, and other construction-related initiatives. This role brings the structure, coordination, and accountability needed to keep work moving while protecting day-to-day operations. It is well suited to someone who can turn ambiguity into plans, coordinate contractors and stakeholders well, and drive physical project work through to completion.
What does your success look like?
Projects progress from concept to completion with clear scope, strong coordination, and steady momentum.
Timelines, budgets, approvals, and dependencies are managed effectively, with issues identified early.
Executive leadership has clear visibility into status, risks, budget, and key decisions.
Contractors, vendors, and service providers are coordinated and accountable.
Work is delivered with minimal disruption to daily operations.
Development of project tools, controls, and reporting improve how work is planned, tracked, and delivered.
What you bring to the role
Experience leading projects in operations, hospitality, facilities, construction etc.
PMP designation is an asset.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and external service providers.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing stakeholder priorities.
Able to build strong relationships, work well across teams, and influence progress without direct authority.
Financial acumen to monitor budgets, track spending, and identify variances.
Sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, with disciplined follow-through on documentation, approvals, and reporting.
