Job Title: Project & Planning Engineer
Location: Indore
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Engineering background (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP), specifically for infrastructure and building projects.
• Assist in resource planning, cost loading, and budgeting aligned with construction timelines.
• Monitor project progress through Earned Value Management (EVM), milestone tracking, and construction benchmarks.
• Generate Excel-based dashboards and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and support the mitigation of delays specific to civil, structural, and MEP activities.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams to ensure seamless site execution.
• Maintain and regularly update the Risk & Issue Log for active infrastructure/building projects.
• Provide basic project support using Primavera P6 (optional).
• Participate in weekly/monthly progress reviews and ensure alignment with infrastructure project goals.
Requirements:
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project (MSP), with exposure to infrastructure/building sector schedules.
• Proven project planning and scheduling experience in civil and structural domains.
• Resource and cost management in building/infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with EVM and related project tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 (a plus).
• High proficiency in MS Excel for project dashboards and data reporting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Understanding of project risks and delay analysis specific to infrastructure and building development.
