They are leaders in transforming the industry into a net zero food future by providing a subscription service that offers inspiration and communication programmes, delivering and supporting upskilling programmes, hosting annual events and new initiatives throughout the year.
The Role:
You will support the Head of Digital and Community Engagement and Community Business Manager, in the delivery and support of upskilling programmes, onboarding and contentment of business members who come to the movement for climate upskilling and support team in the process of enquiries through to new members. Also helping to organise events and new initiatives throughout the year.
The role will also involve ad-hoc support and the opportunity to get involved in company wide initiatives in this fast-paced consultancy. We are a committed team, looking for someone to help us as we grow and develop themselves.
Responsibilities:
• Support the team in hosting/organising masterclasses, upskilling courses, business memberships and events.
• Support the team working with internal and external subject matter experts to execute projects against the programme’s requirements including industry leading experts and managing their bookings.
• Organise business membership project meetings and helping to provide regular updates and progress reports to the team lead.
• Co-ordinate Business Membership Accounts for membership set up/admin, invoicing, welcome calls, onboarding calls, booking upskilling programmes, masterclasses and elearns, communication projects, networking and championing the business members in internal meetings.
• Support the management of the attendance and comms for coaches and students for Programmes and Masterclasses, facilitating zoom and supporting to ensure content is supplied on time throughout the process.
• Completing projects on time, within budget, quality, and scope as directed.
• Support the organisation of upskilling content ensuring all coaches and members have the correct information and follow up communication.
• Support on FFM memberships onboarding and onboarding process for digital learning.
• Provide admin and co-ordination support to the team as required.
Requirements:
• Great organisational and planning skills.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask and juggle priorities.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to exude energy and a positive attitude.
• A can do attitude that can take initiative when needed.
• Experience successfully harnessing client/partner/supplier relationships.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft, Google, Canva, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Zoom, Outlook
• Experience in the food/beverage industry is a bonus.
