Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP projects, with a preference for candidates who have worked on SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Lead and manage SAP-focused projects across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, QA and third-party stakeholders.
Monitor project progress using KPIs and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
Manage budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and change management strategies.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout project execution.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of overall project management experience, including 3+ years leading SAP projects and initiatives.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP implementations across the full project lifecycle.
Hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA transformations (implementations, migrations, or system conversions) is highly preferred.
Strong experience with project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
PMP and SAP Activate certifications are highly desirable.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
