Projects & Infrastructure | Mid-Level to Senior Associate
The Firm & Opportunity
An elite UK-headquartered global firm with a 200-year history is seeking exceptional lawyers to join its projects and infrastructure practice. The Role
• Mid-level associates (3-5 years) with a solid background in project development, project finance, or infrastructure transactions.
• Senior associates (5+ years) with substantial experience in managing complex transactions and advising across the capital stack.
The Practice
You will be part of a team that advises on the most complex infrastructure projects currently being developed in the US, including transportation, social infrastructure, and energy projects. Our practice focuses on P3 and alternative delivery structures, where associates are involved in matters from inception to close.
This is a unique platform that offers real responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to evolve into a recognized practitioner within the infrastructure sector.
Qualifications
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3+ years of transactional experience in project finance, infrastructure, or construction within a private practice environment.
• Experience in project development, procurement, financing, or contract management.
• California Bar admission or eligibility.
