Property Accountant $100/k + bonus
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing portfolio of assets for our client, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires strong real estate accounting experience, particularly with Yardi software.

Responsibilities
• Maintain general ledger accounting for a portfolio of industrial real estate properties
• Collaborate closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers to ensure financial accuracy
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Analyze and abstract lease agreements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably within commercial property accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate or higher-level Excel skills
• Experience with real estate software, particularly Yardi, is preferred
