As a leading organization, we are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team.
About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate accounting processes are completed each month; Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Month end journals and accruals, Cost Allocation, Forecasting, Weekly supplier payments, Cost allocations, Reconciliations.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to internal and external stakeholders within contract agreements; Client finance reporting, Variance analysis and General Ad Hoc reporting.
Drive continuous improvement to forecasting processes and templates and challenge the business on forecast assumptions.
Ensure compliance with internal control structures.
Drive efficiency and productivity through standardization and improvements to reporting and processes.
Ideal Profile:
To contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within the Accounting function: Degree in Accounting & Finance. CPA/CA/ACCA qualified or working towards completing.
2 years or more experience in a similar role.
Experience in any large Accounting ERP system - JD Edwards (JDE) preferred but not mandatory.
Intermediate Excel knowledge.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
