Responsibilities
You will work as part of the accounting team, ensuring the needs of our fast-paced work environment are met
This role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings, as required
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Process approved tenant write offs and send files to collections
Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Complete General Ledger entries and manage cash balances
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Maintain tenant ledgers and handle tenant billing and rent collections
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Provide support for annual audits and tax preparations
Provide support for quarterly and annual mortgage reporting
Prepare quarterly investor reports and distributions
Perform internal audits to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency
Assist with special projects and provide financial analysis as needed
Assist with any other financial tasks as requested

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties.
