Job Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:
• Maintain rent rolls
• Perform month-end, AR, and GL month-end close
• Account and Bank Reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Prepare monthly sales tax returns
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist with an annual budget
Job Requirements for the Property Accountant:
• BA in Accounting or Finance
• 3-4 years of experience as a Property Accountant
• Experience with rent rolls and CAM Reconcialtiosn
• Understanding of GAAP
