Our boutique inner west office runs an established, independent real estate business, with a small portfolio and long term outlook . We are experts at providing residential property management services and have a client base that we care for deeply.
Qualifications, experience and skills
Minimum - Assistant Agent licence; Preferred - Class 2 Licensed Agent
Prefer 2+ years experience in local Sydney metro property management required (but see below)
Time and email management skills
Maintenance management experience and skills
Clear and Excellent written and oral communication and people skills
E-Mails via M/Outlook and Property software
Experience with PropertyMe a plus
Full Current Drivers License and Own reliable car
Supervised role but ability to work independently
Support tasks
Conduct Open homes for lease
Private and virtual inspections for lease
Processing and approving applications
Ingoing inspection reports and handovers
Routine Inspection reports to landlords
Logging and processing maintenance jobs
Related reports and communications
