ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Stone Real Estate Cairns Beaches team in Smithfield, Cairns.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills and progress into a senior management role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing our residential portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
Ensure compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards
Utilise industry-standard property management software
SKILLS
Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong working knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies Act
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Current driver’s licence
