Who We Are
Umega Lettings and Estate Agents is an award-winning, forward-thinking property company with ambitious growth plans across both lettings and estate agency. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and doing things differently.
Our team is energetic, collaborative, and passionate about property — and we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.
The Role
Following an internal promotion, we are now looking for a Lettings & Sales Negotiator to join our team. This is a dynamic dual-role position combining both lettings and sales, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in growing our offering.
You will take ownership of properties across both sales and lettings - from valuation and onboarding through to marketing, negotiation, and closing deals. No two days will look the same, and the role requires a proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
This role will also provide you with a great exposure to other departments. You will work closely with multiple teams including Property Management, Compliance, Finance, and Valuations, so strong collaboration skills are essential.
While this position is advertised as a dual-role across both lettings and sales, the exact balance of responsibilities will be shaped around the successful candidate’s experience and strengths. For the right individual, there may be a stronger initial focus on lettings, with sales forming part of a longer-term development and progression pathway within the role.
