About the role
Join the dynamic team at Ray White Dapto & Horsley as a full-time Property Officer. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional service to both tenants and property owners. With a focus on the Dapto NSW 2530 area, this position is integral to the success of our thriving real estate agency.
What you'll be doing
Working with our Property Management Team, including processing applications, conducting inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
Having effective communication with tenants and landlords
Coordinate property viewings, handle inquiries, and assist with the leasing process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners
Collaborate with the broader team to achieve the company's growth and customer satisfaction objectives
What we're looking for
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar property management role or real estate environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Must have a “Can Do” attitude that works well with others, and a willingness to learn
Working knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations
Proficiency in using property management software and digital tools
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to professional development
Valid Drivers Licence
