About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the maintenance operation, ensuring all general maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. You'll also develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, coordinating with external contractors as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably within a strata/MLR environment
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to provide guidance to maintenance team members
- Excellent administrative and computer skills, with exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Comprehensive financial understanding and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance would be advantageous
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,35+.00 - $85,000.00 (gross), based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy special team member rates from as little as $60 per night, allowing you to experience our properties as a guest.
