SkyCity Adelaide is currently seeking Full Time Property Services Administrator to provide administrative support to our busy Property Services Department.
About the opportunity
You will play a vital role in supporting the Property Services Department by delivering high-quality administrative assistance that helps the team meet key objectives and critical deadlines. This dynamic position offers variety each day—from coordinating and monitoring planned maintenance works to working closely with staff, external contractors, and suppliers. You'll also be responsible for managing all accounts for the Property Services Team, so a high level of organisation and attention to detail is essential.
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a proven history of delivering high-level administrative support within fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You're skilled at juggling shifting priorities, handling interruptions with ease, and consistently meeting tight deadlines. A self-starter who thrives independently, you also collaborate seamlessly as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills are key, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. A solid foundation in technical trade knowledge is required, along with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, extensive data entry experience, and a keen eye for detail.
