Job Description
A Property Specialist in real estate is primarily focused on property sales, client service, and marketing. Typical responsibilities often include:
Core Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential or commercial property inventory to prospective buyers.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist clients through property viewing and purchase decisions.
Assist with listing available units, conducting property tours, and explaining key features of properties.
Prepare and process necessary sales paperwork (e.g., reservation contracts, transaction documents).
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships.
Participate in marketing activities such as booth manning, open houses, and digital promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., admin, legal) to facilitate transactions.
Typical Qualifications
At least 72 college units completed or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business-related preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets.
(Optional) Real estate license or sales experience can be an advantage.
Pay: From $13,000.00 per month
