About the opportunity
Join us as the Property Utilities Lead and play a key role in delivering one of Australia’s most transformative infrastructure projects, Inland Rail. You’ll lead the coordination of property utilities across NSW and Queensland, ensuring seamless integration of utility solutions with project delivery. This is a leadership role where collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement are at the heart of success.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement strategies for managing property utilities across the Inland Rail corridor.
Negotiate and execute agreements with utility providers.
Act as the primary point of contact for utility-related property matters.
Build strong, respectful relationships with utility companies, government agencies, and landowners.
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and project standards.
About You

You will be able to demonstrate
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Town Planning, Engineering,
Property, or a related discipline.
Experience in utilities management within major infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships
Experience in successfully being part of motivating a small multi-disciplinary team
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Current Class C driver’s licence.
