• Drafting and summarizing standard legal documents such as letters, affidavits, motions, notices, and other documents.
• Examining pertinent laws, decisions, and cases to serve as a foundation for drafting legal documents.
• Familiarity with the US legal system and laws pertaining to FCPA, FDCPA, FCPA, Discoveries Rule, and other Federal Codes.
• Capacity to examine, summarize, and assess evidence to write legal papers.
• Conduct quality assurance and Strong time management and analytical abilities.
• Process life cycle and matrix; Production and quality measurement.
• Strong drafting and legal writing.
• Review and meticulous attention to detail for work product.
• Capacity to proactively pinpoint areas for process enhancement.
• Quick learner (of systems and processes).
• 56 years of working expertise with LPO/KPO and Tier 1/2 law firms.
• Registered practitioner in bar council of America.
