Are You a Maryland Licensed LMSW or LGPC Looking for a Remote Therapy Position?
We are hiring a remote psychotherapist to join our integrated behavioral health team. This position includes free clinical supervision — making it one of the best opportunities in Maryland for pre-licensed therapists working toward their LCSW-C or LCPC.

What You'll Do:
Provide individual , group therapy , family therapy sessions via telehealth to clients with diverse mental health needs.
Maintain a caseload and manage your schedule within our EHR/Scheduling platform
Collaborate with the integrated care team including medical providers
Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans accurately and timely within the EHR system
Participate in regular clinical supervision provided by the practice at no cost
Coordinate care with primary care and other providers within our integrated model
Adhere to OMHC policies, Maryland COMAR regulations, Accreditation standards and ethical standards
Required Qualifications:
Active LMSW or LGPC license in Maryland — in good standing, no restrictions
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an OMHC or Outpatient behavioral health setting.
Comfort and experience working within an integrated care model
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation
Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
