About the Role
This Policy and Program Officer position is located within the Office for Women and will provide critical support to the development and implementation of policies and programs aimed at improving outcomes for Victorian women. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Minister for Women, senior officers and other stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that promote gender equality and address the needs of women in Victoria.
The ideal candidate will have experience in policy development and analysis, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to think critically and strategically, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
